Homes on the market in the Pascack, and Northern Valley ARE selling.  Many of them are selling fast.  The minute a property hits the MLS, Buyers, and Realtors, are waiting anxiously.  The first thing that the buyer notices is the price, then the location, then the condition.  The phone starts ringing, and the emails are flooding the Internet. Real Estate Brokers won't wait for the Brokers open houses.  Buyers won't wait for the Public Open House.  If value is perceived, the buyer will make an offer, and then another, and then another..thus creating a bidding war.  I have been in a few of them in the last few months, with back up offers.  So how is the market in The Northern, and Pascack Valley of Bergen County?  I say homes are moving, and sometimes moving fast!  Check out Paula Clark's web site, and learn more.
